They had the best manners and the best smiles, and while I know they didn’t really enjoy hanging out on this cold day, you could tell they did enjoy making their mom happy and smiling nice for the pictures, it was very refreshing and renewed my faith in our next generation!

Friday, August 3rd, 2012I am so honored to have been chosen as one of a handful of photographers picked to participate in the 2012 Fall Swanky Baby Vintage Media Blast Contest! Each of us received one outfit to photograph on a model and then we sent in our images. They select one and then YOU get to vote for your favorite! How fun is that! Addi and I had a blast shooting the outfit, she doesn’t get to ride a bus to school so she thought the bus was so fun! When I first asked if Addi wanted to be my model for the shoot I texted a picture to her mom and mom showed her. The reply was “oh that’s cute”. When we got to the shoot, and I handed the outfit to Addi to change into, she squealed and said “That’s EVEN Cuter in person! ” Her mom and I both loved how wearable it was, cute, unique but yet totally comfy and modest for playing in! Sunday, July 22nd, 2012I first photographed this lovely family a few years ago, and I love the opportunity to see their boys grow up! This year mom really wanted to have a session at the tulip farm, what a fun idea! The day we had scheduled ended up being super hot, but everyone was a huge trooper and I think fun was had by all.

Monday, July 16th, 2012I had so much fun on this shoot for Little Skye (http://www.littleskyechildrensboutique.com/en/), I love this type of work, and these little models! This was their first time modeling, and they did so great. The colors were so perfect for both of them.
